How Policy Mix and Digital Literacy Promote Adoption of Low-Carbon Fertilization Technology: Experimental Evidence from Shandong Farmers

Introduction

Global climate change, soil degradation, and chemical pollution are threatening sustainable agricultural development and food security. Agriculture is one of the major sources of greenhouse gases, with nitrous oxide emissions from fertilizer application being particularly prominent.
